Pabau is a great platform for the clinic I work at. It meets all our needs and more. Not only does it effectively support the services I have already, but is able to integrate other marketing and financial services to elevate the business - all in one place. The ease of use is especially helpful given that our clinic relies on using this platform everyday. Additionally, the success team is especially helpful for answering all questions. Very impressive support. Pabau has assigned to me a team to support me with every step of the setting up their platform, which has countless integrations and customisation, making it almost effortless for me to go through all the little details.
That includes everything from princing and advice about it to making vouchers and automating consenting forms and sending out campaigns, giving me discounts on their services based on my specific situation as a company, and all this with active and kind support from multiple people on multiple online video meetings. I would definitely recommend.

In my opinion the best thing about pabau is it's simplicity, it's an incredibly simple system to use which made it easy to implement into our clinic and to use everyday and even if you are having an isssue with the system, their customer support team is brilliant and are happy to jump on a call to help us sort out whatever issues we may be having.
