There are some limitations in how the client and case files are set up that limit how our internal office operations allow us to use the program. While we should be able to adjust our operations to adjust for this, for the large number of staff who are accustomed to old ways of operating, it has become difficult to accommodate them. Really easy to use. I primarily like the fact that I can build a template or amend a certain document within the system without having to download and re-upload.
