Some of the functions are seamless. Reports are helpful. The sign up process for our members needed an update and MemberMax did that for us. More often than not, if you cannot find a certain stat, report, number, count, status, etc.. there is a workaround. I can count on my hand how many times I've been told "Oh here it is", can't say the same for all the times I've been told "you have to pull two reports and merge them, you have to do the math manually, unfortunately you just have to keep an eye on that error". Very helpful when we originally integrated our old database to MemberMax. They have continued to be helpful as we change and grow our needs. Quick response to requests.
