Ich liebe das Unterstützungssystem von Limble. Die Nutzung des Chats hat mir geholfen, die Widgets und Dashboards zu erstellen, die ich benötige, um Unternehmenskennzahlen erfolgreich zu verfolgen. Insbesondere Cynthia hat mir mehrfach geholfen und dabei ihre Fähigkeit gezeigt, geduldig und begeistert eine Lösung zu finden. Von 11 Uhr bis 15:30 Uhr unterstützte sie mich bei der Erstellung eines Widgets, das notwendig wäre, um Informationen zu verfolgen. Sie war sehr höflich und gründlich in ihrer Beschreibung, was es mir ermöglichte, viele verschiedene Fragen und Bedenken bezüglich des Widgets zu stellen. Im Allgemeinen denke ich, dass die Widgets sehr nützlich sein können. Allerdings habe ich auch das Gefühl, dass es viele technische Aspekte der Widgets gibt, die es frustrierend machen können, Daten zu verfolgen. What I like most about Limble is that it has a multitude of options to keep us organized as a team. From tracking, to reporting, to ease of operation for our users and our submitters, every touch point of a maintenance operation is covered and perfected by Limble. Their support is unmatched by any other software I've used. Aside from having a dedicated rep, there are also webinars, tutorials, courses, and even a Limble-specific social media type of community that you can reach out to if you have questions or want to find ways to better utilize the software. After working for 12 years in the industry and using countless other programs, Limble is by far the all-around best one that I've used. The most helpful parts of Limble are the ability to see the status of work, whether it is almost complete or not even started. The ease of use with assets management and simplicity of the tech user interface allows for teaching any staff member how to use the software.
