It is amazing to be able to request books from Amazon. The catalog from Learnerbly is good enough and offers a lot of different options, but sometimes is not updated, so being able to choose from Amazons list is really helpful.
Isued Leanerbly about 10-15 times per year and it is super easy to resquest any source thatyou want.
But I may say that in my opinion the best thing Learnerbly has is the costumer service. Specially Noemi, a Customer Support Associate. She has been incredibly helpful and kind every single time one of my orders got cancelled or delayed, offering me solutions, information about the status and so. Seems that sometimes the communication between Learnerbly and Amazon does not work as it should. Many orders get cancelled for no reason, or deliveries that shouldn't take longer than one day or two get cancelled because they exceed the 15 days maximum.
