We reviewed multiple chatbot providers and found Ivy.ai to have the best bot. The best feature is that it crawls your website for information, and becomes smarter over time. Other bots we saw were designed so that you had to write the questions and answers yourself to make the bot smarter. We've also liked the reporting screens, as we've been able to gather data on how many people interact with the bot and what questions are being asked. I dislike the fact that in order for us to go back and review a past conversation we have to export and download a spreadsheet that ends up giving us chats from other departments.
