There’s room for improvement in certain areas. The number of features could be expanded, such as direct connectors to more sources like DocuSign and JIRA, which would enhance ease of integration. Including Python scripting capabilities would provide more flexibility for custom workflows. Furthermore, the API documentation could be more detailed, especially for implementing CURL examples and handling JSON data with functions like map and bag for looping through objects.
