I tried out Innago to manage my rental for my most recent renter, and honestly, I don’t know how I ever did this without it. It takes care of everything!  From screening tenants,  to background checks, to creating a lease, and signing it electronically, to rent collection, and even maintenance reporting. The tenant portal is nice and makes me look professional.  They can submit maintenance requests, send messages, and it keeps everything organized in one spot for them (and me!). The onboarding wizard was great, but didn't seem to exactly mimic the flow I had for my first renter and caused me to have to jump around a bit. I called support to understand why it was showing that one section was not complete. I found that there was a radio button I had missed where I needed to select my bank as the place they would send money for rent. Since I'd already entered my banking info, I would have that it would have defaulted to that. Also the radio button was hard to see. Innago hat es wirklich vereinfacht, ein vielbeschäftigter Immobilienverwalter zu sein, spart mir Zeit und reduziert meinen Stress. Ich wünschte, die Berichterstattungsfunktionen hätten mehr Anpassungsmöglichkeiten, um besser zu den einzigartigen Bedürfnissen jedes meiner Mieter zu passen. Einer zahlt alle zwei Wochen Miete, während andere einmal im Monat zahlen. Für mich könnte es ein Benutzerfehler sein.... die Website kann schwierig zu navigieren sein, wenn ich die Vorauszahlung der Miete dokumentieren muss. I’ve been using Innago for over a year now, and it has truly transformed the way I manage my properties. The software is incredibly user-friendly, with a clean and intuitive interface that makes managing tenants, rent payments, and maintenance requests very easy.

One of the standout features is the automated rent collection system, which ensures that payments are processed on time, reducing the need for manual follow-ups. Additionally, tracking expenses has never been easier—I can easily add receipts, notes, and export all transactions into a CSV file that seamlessly integrates with my budgeting system. This has been invaluable in keeping my finances organized.

The ability to track and organize leases, documents, and maintenance requests has made my day-to-day operations much more efficient. Customer support is also great. When I had a question the team has been quick and called me to expalin and slove my question with helpful guidance.

It's very convienient and extremely easy to access and expand your real estate portfolio. As a first time user it was a great overall experience! One stop app to setting up a hassle free rental space, to include advertising the rental, setting up leases, collecting rent and more this app does it all, and for free! There’s no function for a landlord to pay on behalf, partial, or all of the applicant renter. Some qualified tenants do not want to pay for the application fee because there’s no guarantee of acceptance. The UI is very intuitive, super easy to navigate.

I love the option for creating and sending custom leases and documents.

Lernkurve: Während die Benutzeroberfläche im Allgemeinen benutzerfreundlich ist, gibt es dennoch eine Lernkurve für Benutzer, die neu in der Immobilienverwaltungssoftware sind oder von einer anderen Plattform wechseln. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man in der Lage wäre, verschiedene Abschnitte der Plattform zu navigieren, ohne zurückgehen und zu einem der Seitenleisten-Elemente wechseln zu müssen.

Berichte: Es wäre schön, mehr Berichte zu erhalten oder einige der Berichte anzupassen.

Dokumentenerstellung: Diese Funktion könnte weiterentwickelt werden. Sie ist nicht sehr benutzerfreundlich, und es wäre schön, ein Dokument von Grund auf neu zu erstellen.
