There is another network that is much cheaper but it is hands down the worst platform so it is well worth it to spend the extra $$ for an amazing platform like Impact. Impact is very easy to navigate and use. The reporting is easy to view and break down and there are many different reports you can really dig into. Even if you aren't familiar with Impact, you learn how to navigate it quickly as it is very user friendly. The live support chat is always helpful and responds in a timely manner. We frequently use the benchmark reporting to view partner gap analysis to help us optimize and recruit new partners into the program. I honestly don't have negative feedback about Impact. I've been using Impact for over a year and have not had any issues.
