This service has been so great to increase our communication with our clients. I had considered signing up for a text reminder service for years but was overwhelmed by the options. I would like to be able to give arrival time windows instead of just one time. Also, it would be super cool if GReminders could recognize if a calendar event is a dupliate across multiple calendars so one customer doesn't receive multiple reminders for one event due to us putting one job on multiple technician's calendars. The plan pricing is a little confusing. I honestly don't know how many text messages I'm paying for in relation to how many we actually send. We love the automation of meeting scheduling notifications and reminders. It is also helpful for us that there is a visible cue in our CRM that lets us know that a client has confirmed. Additionally, AI Notetaker is a God send. It cuts the amount of time it takes for us to enter meeting notes to a fraction of the time it used to take us, and it enables us to easily send a meeting summary to our clients in a matter of minutes, which we had not provided before. We don't utilize the personal reminders - haven't really seen a need for that. Additionally, the pre-meeting briefs, though helpful, are a little wonky in terms of who said what. Honestly though, that's probably because our notes are a little all over the place (since with AI it's garbage in, garbage out). Lastly, I wish there was an adhoc meeting feature for when we only wanted to offer certain times/days to someone as a one off that are different from our full availability. After using another platform for a few years, we ended up switching platforms for our reminding software for our cleaning business.

We found GReminders during an internet search and the results are in!

This is the only platform you need, not only is it simple to log-in and get started, they have free trial and they sync with your google calendar.

It has became incredibly valuable to us, we only have to enter the appointments once and GReminders does the rest.

If someone has a cancelation, we can remove it once, it takes the guess work out of inputting everything multiple times.

It is a time saver and when running a small business that is hard to come by!

I wish the basic option had a bulk send for people who don't have enough need to justify a full business account but would like to send a monthly reminder to all their clients to schedule meetings for that month. Integration directly in to our existing outlook calendars by simply importing the calendars we want to receive texts was super easy to set up and use. I wish it didn't have G in the name because it makes it seem like it's meant for Google, but we use it with Outlook/Microsoft 365, and it is completely integrated seamlessly.We've been using it for a couple years now for all of our appointment reminders for our law firm. It was quite easy to set up and quite easy to make changes and it works seamlessly, pulling email addresses and phone numbers and Zoom links out of our events automatically to schedule the Reminders. I also experienced great customer service -- a real person who was available by phone to help guide me through a couple of questions I had during the initial set up. I really appreciate being able to look at my calendar and seeing the checkmark next to the event telling me that this appointment has confirmed their appointment. GReminders is easy to use and very convenient. Our company primarily uses it for sending automated appointment reminders so we don't have to notify our clients manually. It saves us lots of time and is easy to set up. We've also used the calendar system integrated to our website so clients can book their own appointments. We have had minimal issues with it. One downside is the calendar viewing. I wish there was a way to view appointments based on day or week view, not just by calendar or all appointments altogether. There also could be more add-on options so you don't need to bite the bullet and upgrade to a ton of sms credits, but could buy more as needed per month or something.
