They charged me for 23kgs when my item was only 1.5kgs and then a redelivery fee (for supposedly 3 attempts) when tracking shows 1 attempt & taken to depot within 2hrs, no other attempts

To dispute they asked me for specific photos showing product in box with measurements and weight showing which i did.

Wo soll ich anfangen?

Wenn es nur die verlorenen Pakete, schlechten Logistikdienste und extrem späten Lieferungen gewesen wären, hätte ich einfach aufgehört, Ihren Service zu nutzen, ohne negative Bewertungen zu posten, weil ich weiß, dass nichts perfekt sein kann und es schwer ist, ein Geschäft zu starten und zu wachsen.

Aber nachdem ich (zufällig, als ich meinen Kreditkartenauszug wegen etwas Unzusammenhängendem überprüfte) festgestellt habe, dass Sie mir in den letzten 8 Monaten Hunderte von Dollar berechnet haben und Sie sich anschließend weigerten, es zurückzuerstatten, trotz schwarz auf weißer E-Mails von Ihrem Team, die besagten, dass Sie mir nichts berechnen würden, erkannte ich, dass es nicht nur INKOMPETENZ, sondern auch UNEHRLICHKEIT war.

Conditions of subscription change without prior notice. The management was in such a hurry to change the subscription levels without anyone noticing that they changed their pricing structure online overnight but they forgot to update their help manuals. We had 3 courier integrations and were trying change 1 of the 3 with a new agreement. So we deleted the integration and never could manage to implement the 3rd again as the company decided to change the conditions one sidedly without giving us a prior notice. It's not easy to find a fulfillment center with a good platform that is user friendly and easy to understand. Easyship has all you need!
