The audit trail in FFA is great compared to Quickbooks and the fact that FFA is built on top of the salesforce platform so we can integrate systems and use quantitative data in our qualitative reports has been a game changer. Permissions. I do not like that financial force doesn't allow for our budget owners to access specific reports without being able to build reports to see other segments of the business. Also not a fan of the fact that I can't discard journal entries in bulk that have not been posted yet. Bisher wurde noch keine Abneigung gefunden. Manchmal muss ich eine überfällige Rechnung bezahlen, die ein altes Rechnungsdatum hat. Während des APV-Generierungsprozesses, wenn ich ein altes Rechnungsdatum eingebe, würde das System nicht übereinstimmen. Und ein Fehler trat aufgrund eines vergangenen Zahlungszeitraums auf. Beispiel: Aktueller Zahlungszeitraum, November, und ich gebe September als Rechnungsdatum ein, würde das APV nicht übereinstimmen. Ich musste ein aktuelles Monatsdatum als Rechnungsdatum eingeben, um die Rechnung abzugleichen und die PIN zu generieren. Nachdem die PIN erstellt wurde, musste ich zurück zum APV gehen, um das Rechnungsdatum auf das ursprüngliche Rechnungsdatum zu ändern. Außerdem musste ich auch das Rechnungsdatum der PIN ändern.
Manchmal senden uns Lieferanten überfällige Rechnungen, die wir sofort bezahlen müssen. Ich musste die Rechnungsdaten zwischen APV und PIN hin und her ändern, um ohne Fehler zu bezahlen. Bewertung gesammelt von und auf G2.com gehostet.
