The paper-based appraisal, check-in, feedback, probation and review process can be forgotten about, Appraisd does away with all of that and allows for an easy-to-use system. We introduced Appraisd to the team a year ago and have utilized and refined the process to ensure that wellbeing check-ins and quarterly reviews are completed and done on time. The reviews also provide us with enough information to relay to the leadership team from the reports that can be run on a monthly basis.

Sie haben in der Vergangenheit das gesamte Homepage-/Tab-Layout geändert, und mit den leuchtenden Farben, die sie verwenden, sah es manchmal etwas unordentlich aus. Our customer success manager Rosalind and the development team have been fantastic right from the beginning. They have helped us customize the system to our needs and found the best solution for nearly anything we’ve wanted to do. The system is user-friendly, everything is in one place, and very easy to find. The single sign-on solution is great and much appreciated by the staff. Appraisd has allowed our company to save time on administrative work and really focus on performance management as it should be.
