Actus is a very user friendly system and very intuitive to use. As the Project officer and being responsible for training staff on the system it has been very easy for me to do this. We have been using Actus for eight months now. I have found the Support team at Actus to be very responsive to both support and development requests. As I am in Canada, there is a six hour time difference. This has really worked to our advantage, as while we are sleeping, the Actus team is answering our questions and we start the next day off with any problem already solved. Actus is a user friendly system that is easy to use and makes the transition from paper to online hassle free for managers and their teams. It is highly configurable, with a great level of admin rights given to the client so that they can create a system that works for them. The support team are responsive and very helpful.
