It provides automated patch management that can be placed on a schedule. Patch approval is easy and intuitive. Notifications are given of the status of all tasks, and the resolution of issues is easy and intuitive. Adding assets to the software is also easy. Action1 is excellent for managing Windows devices. The agent is lightweight and can connect remotely to active machines. It scans for available software updates and readily reports critical updates. Windows updates and updates for software included in the built-in App Store are available for installation. The App Store has 51 applications that are packaged for deployment (Firefox, Chrome, Adobe Reader, etc.). For the packages I've pushed, they install successfully. Action1 also supports packaging other software not included in the App Store. Packaging and deployment works quite well; if something fails to install, there is a history for reviewing errors. Schedules can be created to install updates at specific times. Action1 also includes scripts like remote wipe. Built-in scripts can be modified depending on the scenario and environment. I'd like to see the ability to edit the name of a policy and make it more personalized. When a policy is created, the name is auto-generated using selected apps. Bewertung gesammelt von und auf G2.com gehostet.
Action1 is easy to install on client devices and easy to manage on their web interface. Policies can quickly be scheduled and remediated if something goes wrong. It's easy to get alerts and notifications based on policies or criteria within Action1.

Small nitpicks are that It would be great to have SAML SSO log in as well, but I believe these are in the pipeline as Action1 provides a believable and open roadmap for upcoming features.
The intuitiveness and usability of some menu items could be improved as well, as there is some overlap with Policies and Schedules.
