Userflow has an excellent user interface. For a product that helps other Saas products onboard their users, they have done a brilliant job in walking the talk but gone even further and made it intuitive enough not to require onboarding in the first place....
I wish that we could better link things by crating projects where I could organize flows, launchers and CSATs that are all interconnected and related to the same thing.
Userpilot's support level is by far the best I've ever encountered! The product delivers exceptional value!
The editor for building flows is really difficult to use. Frequently changes are lost and have to be redone. Reporting is very difficult to gain any value from. No connection with other systems.
