No customer support, and website has constant issues limiting functionality. Their support docs are for a previous version of site and are overall useless. We contacted them repeatedly by phone and email to resolve issue (site wouldn't let us add any states...
TaxJar provides affordability, efficiency, education, and great customer service. I have tried the other services and do not find them anywhere near as friendly to small businesses. I get all my clients on TaxJar as soon as possible after getting them...
