Mobile friendly makes things much easier due to the day and age, most people have smart phones and not computers. Therefore making it easier to obtain applicants.
It does feel clunky at times and the UI isn't very well versed for mobile devices.

The slight downtime with getting used to the work process needed for the various inputting of data, although this is offset by the benefits gained with the easy integration options with our existing systems.
