It is limited about customizing the way the tickets are assigned, for example, you can not escalate them to a higher level. Another inconvenient is that, the creation-ticket template can not be customized at all, only colors and logo are modifiable.

on prem means we dont get upgrades - this means the workflow tool doesnt work for us as it needs microsoft silverlight. The version we are on caps ticket types so means we are unable to include Problem management and doesnt highlight any duplicate issues....
