Support is absolutely horrendous and caused us to leave the platform. They did not read any part of our support request and at best, kept pawning us off on support articles that were loosely related to some of the words we mentioned. After nearing 2 weeks...
Shippit makes standard shipping of packages to remote sites and cities easier. All you have to do is ready your package, book a courier (several options provided) for pick up directly from your office and the cost is billed to your account.
Wrong order dropped off and hassle getting my money back on things not delivered! It took 2 weeks to be refunded after having my credit card company go after them!
