There are some great features in the tech which are a total game changer in enhancing our customer's experience, making it more personalised in terms of delivery milestone updates, showing photos of the flowers before they leave the shop and a map of where the driver is relative to the delivery address etc.. **What do you dislike about FarEye?** There are a few aspects of last mile web experience which could be improved from a user experience point of view.
