Im a big fan of the simplicity in the UI/UE. Importing is easy and the asset tool is simple to use. The implemetation team especially Courtney have been amazing.
the program is a bit weak and updates/downloads can take forever. our biggest problem though was a lack of data validation in mass uploads
The team at Salsify is second to none. The on-boarding process was smooth and the platform is quite intuitive. This allowed my team to quickly utilize all of Salsify's digital asset management features, and, in turn, deliver more value to our own business...
The system doesn't do 80% of what we were promised when sold the platform as a solid PIM/PXM option to interface and feed our BigCommerce platform. If you use product families, variants, custom attributes, or anything outside of a VERY vanilla B2C feature...
