The customer support is exceptional. They made the process of becoming familiar with the software very manageable. The online Knowledge base, Learning Academy and YouTube channel are invaluable tools for learning more on your own at your own pace.
The downside is the lack of integration with Apple computers and laptops. It makes no sense that Trailblazer wouldn’t allow for this. Instead, I have to use a Microsoft app to access it, which is very cumbersome.
