The only solution I could find to do cloud to cloud backup, work really good If you have native files in Google Docs it will be exported to normal files so you can use them, very transparent

Odrive is very helpful and useful too that provides an easy way to manage all your storage accounts from a single web dashboard or desktop interface. I really like how the sync feature works so well.
I believe the app client could have a revamped version, at least in terms of UX and aesthetically. Looks a bit dated, but attention, it works well, just not that pleasant to my eyes.
