It will create duplicate items/ documents in there if someone else edits it, and it will prevent it from updating the original version if it sees multiple. It doesn’t always merge the changes you make, which is frustrating and counterproductive

I like how sticky notes are easy to use, keep tasks and notes organized and are easy to access on your desktop. When I get assigned tasks, it's easy to track what I need to complete and what I've already accomplished.
