Leads are not any better than what you get from Zillow at the same price bracket. Lookie loos, who do not reply, neighbors checking out the homes listed in their neighborhoods. Not every single breathing person looking on the RE sites is a lead however,...

I like the program that is available. Some years ago Z57 changed platforms & it was very difficult for me, so I left them. Now it seems to be easier and much more detailed. I'm giving it another try. So far so good. I like Property Pulse. just a lot to absorb

I have not found a way to generate leads as of yet. The website navigation is difficult. The Facebook ads are great but it's not generating leads.
