Most of our pain points relate to reporting - ie. visibility on how points are earned and redeemed, and not being able to create custom reports based on customer activity. Our customers find it more difficult to use than what we originally had in place.
I enjoy the simplicity of it on the admin side. It helps with customer retention as well.
The source code is somewhat outdated, but it is still easy to understand. I'm wanting to make my own version of the program because things keep breaking.
