The lack of documentation / "how to's" is aggrevating. Patch management fails quite frequently. It has a tendency to change the Administrative password without prompting or notice. I've had to reset every device I have installed this product on multiple times.
I like the easy-to-use interface of Microsoft Intune. Intune is simple and does exactly what I need it to do. I can easily manage hundreds of devices with a few clicks. I can push software, check the primary user, or even change the group.
Compared to rival MDMs, Microsoft Intune appears to be more pricey.
