Always freezes. Super slow load time. Once it freezes, it is frustrating to have slow load time to get it up and running again. If it freezes, you are looking at a good 5 minutes just waiting to get back where you were.
I like how it is easy to use and under the events tab there are folders that you can create digital files and store all case info. I also like that you can record time spent on cases individually.
