I really like the fact that you can find the jobs quickly, see if there is a interview guide associated with that job and review the competencies selected. The versioning tools is great too. I was in a situation where I had to recreate all the jobs again...
I am unable to see the assessments for my team on the tool - they need to share them with me It would be great if it could be made more personable - such as adding profile pictures, showing hierarchy
You are forced to have a template, which I truly appreciate as it keeps a consistent flow when building job descriptions.
Outdated and messy appearance. Overly-complex logic to the backend structure, naming conventions, and overall design/build of the system. Incredibly difficult for customers (even technical system admins) to autonomously maintain/optimize on their own....
