I enjoyed learning about the different leadership techniques and then practicing them in real-time with another leader.
In breakout rooms, we were pinned to the same cohort (likely by the host?) for any given class. Not much time to discuss with others. Some of the sessions are too long.
Both classes were outstanding. James, the instructor, has great real life experiences to relate to the attendees. Also hearing that other attendees are experiencing similar challenges was valuable and encouraging. Having all of the course materials...
The knowledge that I get in each section is not deep. I expected getting more valuable information. I also don't like that it's called "success hacker" when you post an achievement on Linkedin. It doesn't sound professional.
