**What do you like best about Wildsparq?**

I appreciate how Wildsparq addresses our challenge of implementing a shared development plan for our leaders, making it easier to find time to discuss growth and results. The monthly group meetings have been particularly valuable, offering us the chance to focus on leadership development effectively. I really enjoy how the material guides us through conversations on leadership, providing helpful prompts as I lead discussions and giving team members ample opportunity to engage. The quality of the content is good, and I feel excited about the material we're diving into as I believe it will be beneficial for the team. Lastly, I find the availability of Wildsparq's employees for feedback to be a great support. Overall, I'm highly likely to recommend Wildsparq to a colleague, as reflected by my 10 out of 10 rating.

**What do you like best about Wildsparq?**

I use Wildsparq for Leadership Development tools for our emerging leadership employees. So far, it has been an amazing experience for both me as a facilitator and the learners. I love that I can pick and choose the modules to fit our organizational needs, and it's not just an 'out of the box' training; it allows me to customize and brand it to fit our style. The DISC assessment tool has been a game changer for our group, helping us connect, communicate, and coach our employees better. The Leadership coach tool is great for when we need to do a deep dive on topics that are unclear, providing direction for resources and additional learning opportunities. I'm excited about learning more about leadership in teams and team building, as well as how to work cohesively with a team to build a stronger support system for success.

**What do you dislike about Wildsparq?**

I think Wildsparq could really benefit from adding a discussion forum. It would be great for connecting with the group and sending updates. I could do check-ins, post announcements, and pose questions about the learnings to start conversations and improve on engagement.

I use Wildsparq to develop leadership skills, customize training to fit our branding, and employ practical applications like the DISC assessment to improve decision-making and communication. The leadership coach boosts resource direction and learning opportunities.

**What do you like best about Wildsparq?**

I find that Wildsparq provides leadership development content that is concise and clear, which is most beneficial for our restaurant. Our team is very excited to attend Wildsparq sessions, and we have nearly a 100% pre-work rate, showing that our team members value the homework and want to learn and grow. We love that it gives our team members an opportunity to learn and apply the information in the restaurant. Additionally, our team enjoys the app, which lets them track their progress and compete against other teams.

**What do you dislike about Wildsparq?**

Our biggest issue is that there is no content in Spanish. Roughly 20% of our team only speaks Spanish, so the content being only in English leaves out lots of team members.

**What problems is Wildsparq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wildsparq fills our leadership content gap, engaging shift leaders and ambitious team members. The concise content and app-driven progress tracking boost motivation and application in our restaurant.

Less of a Wildsparq issue, but our group meetings via Zoom feel less impactful then they would in person.  As a remote company that is spread out, it's a bit unavoidable.

We use Wildsparq primarily for leadership development and to foster camaraderie within our team. What I really appreciate about the program is its structured curriculum, which does not require much additional support to manage, making it a perfect fit for our needs. I value the content that Wildsparq provides, as it not only fosters leadership improvement but also enhances team camaraderie. The platform's setup, which includes an online component where people can progress at their own pace, is particularly beneficial. It allows team members to do their work at a time that suits them, thereby overcoming the challenge of coordinating schedules for group gatherings. Additionally, because of its straightforward and user-friendly design, the onboarding process was seamless, with Wildsparq guiding us through initial steps to ensure our understanding of the program. I really like how the program is set up and am especially fond of the content it offers. Overall, the flexibility, valuable content, and efficient setup are key aspects that encourage me to continue or even expand our partnership with Wildsparq.

I dislike that there isn't an admin license that would allow someone to manage the platform without requiring a full license to participate in all the classes.

The micro-learning approach used in the lessons, along with the various formats in which the content is presented—such as videos, articles, and opportunities for reflection—proves beneficial for different types of learners. The diverse range of content is very inclusive of our team's needs and helps to break learning into manageable segments.

Some participants have mentioned that a few of the videos included in the lessons can come across as a bit corny. Contract terms are a year commitment, and it would be nice if we had some payment flexibility for quarterly or monthly payments instead of paying for the year up front.

If you want a plug-and-play leadership development tool that encourages users to consistently complete training each month, this is an excellent choice. The topics covered are relevant to a wide range of leadership roles and address the common challenges managers encounter. Ease of implementation, delivery of content, and the variety of content most importantly.

There really aren't many drawbacks, except perhaps that it is a little expensive.

Start with the content overview- that alone "sold" me in wanting to take a deeper dive into how we would use it.  Their sales team is refreshingly low-pressure and collaborative.

**What problems is Wildsparq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wildsparq solves two problems in a very unique way. First, they are content agnostic, meaning you don't have to live within one provider ecosystem for delivering content as you do in many of their competitor solutions.  Second, their method of delivery of that content is engaging, gamified, and in a competitive culture, drives engagement.

I love the learning modules being bite size and different formats, as well as the bonus material if you choose to dive into a topic in more detail. It is applicable to all leadership levels.

I cannot think of any downside to Wildsparq from my experience working on implementation or working through the courses myself

**What do you like best about Wildsparq?**

Monthly lessons in Wildsparq don't take up too much time, but they're impactful. This is critical for a manufacturing environment like ours that has busy leaders. Wildsparq brings our management teams together so they can collaborate and learn from each other, all while reinforcing the monthly material that is being taught, so there is unity amongst the group and a shared vernacular around leadership. Wildsparq has a gamified team-based approach which causes for health rivalry amongst the teams and leads to high engagement levels with the platform. Wildsparq is cost-effective for everything it provides.

**What do you dislike about Wildsparq?**

I would like to see more challenging skills assessments in the platform so that the managers/supervisors are confronted with the reality that they may not be as polished of a leader as they believe they are. Currently leaders can fill out a self-assessment which they score themselves and I find they tend to score themselves quite highly, but I feel a more in-depth assessment could be developed which would lead to more realistic results of current levels of leadership.

I've searched for solutions for years that would contain the type of material that Wildsparq teaches and Wildsparq is the most cost-effective solution that provides real results. Employees using this platform will become better leaders and it will benefit the company as a result. I would encourage any organization to give it a try.

**What problems is Wildsparq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wildsparq is helping us develop and create better leaders within our company, which is leading to higher employee engagement levels within our manufacturing facilities, and ultimately we have confidence that will lead to improved retention. Wildsparq is creating the space for regular conversations around leadership which is giving the management team a unified structure, approach, and lingo to our leadership conversations and how we're carrying ourselves. Wildsparq is setting a standard of what's expected for leaders at Silva and creating more team cohesion by gathering leaders together so they can brainstorm and learn from one another.

What I like most about Wildsparq is the ease of use. It's a simple platform to use. The videos and information are very easy to follow and learn from. It's also cohesive through the training modules in how things are set up, and you know what to expect each time. Plus, you get to work at your own pace. I also liked that the program doesn't just have to stop when the 12 months is over. You are allowed an extension to develop on your own.

I get regular feedback from our leaders who have taken the training and the one thing I hear the most is that Wildsparq is a lengthy program being that it's a 12 month commitment. That is the one thing most of our employees have not liked, but the ones who are learning the most and getting the most benefit from the 12 months are stepping up as leaders and showing the Company how staying committed can really put you on top.

I would recommend making sure your leaders know it's a 12 month program and get regular buy-in from your executives. I do believe encouragement goes a long way in keeping people interested, and of course supporting them in their growth. If your leaders at the top are showing the importance of the program to the other leaders, then most likely the program will be more effective to the organization. One thing I have talked about incorporating within our organization is a quarterly touchbase with our executive leaders to be able to connect with teams and really engage with them about what they're learning in their modules. I believe this would show the company that we take this leadership training seriously and we want anyone signed into the program to take it seriously also. Another thing would be to share your leaderboard each month. Make it a game amongst your employees to see who can get the most points. If you are able to incentivize beyong being the monthly winner, I would encourage that as well.

Wildsparq is getting some of our Company leaders out of their comfort zone and encouraging them to engage across Company lines with other employees who they may not regularly work with. The content helps generate great diaolg when we meet as a team.  It gets the individuals thinking about things they hadn't considered when it comes to being a leader.  The extra traning resources (Tedtalks, articles, etc) are very beneficial to help take a deeper dive into the content.

Nothing specific comes to mind.  If anything, I wish there were more "real world" examples, but I feel the content helps pull this out for me to give examples from my past experiences and the experiences of other leaders I work with.

It's a great tool for up and coming leaders to really get a well rounded view of what leadership is.  It gives them a deeper understanding of who they are as a person, but also helps them take a step back to understand others behaviors in order to relate to their colleagues better.  Not everyone reacts the same to certain situations, and not everyone adapts the same to change.  This does an excellent job to create awareness of what to expect with different behaviors and how to handle them. It's interesting to see who fully engages. Witnessing their growth is a lot of fun.  A lot of our participants lack experience with facing difficult conversations and holding people accountable. There is so much incredible content that helps prepare them for these challening situations.  We have done a lot of role play and our participants have done a great job seeking the advice of other leaders within our organization.  It's really helping them branch out and get uncomfortable in order to take ownership of their development.  Some quickly realize what they are capable of and decide leadership isn't what they thought and may choose to go another direction.  You can see first hand who is going to rise and who may choose a different path.  It's very insightful.  We are happy to be facilitating this type of training and have gained so much value from it.

It's helping fill the gap for future leadership.  Our current leadership team are about the same ages (only few years difference) and will all likely retire in close proximity. Its important to start planning ahead to get the right people in place so they are ready when this time happens.  Also, as we continue to grow, will come the opportunity for additional managers.  Since starting the Wildsparq program, we've already promoted two of the participants into leader roles which is very exciting.  This course really helps open their eyes to all the things our leaders deal with on a day to day basis and helps prepare them for all the challenges that often happen behind the scenes that most employees don't even think about.

**What do you like best about Wildsparq?**

I like the combination of self paced learning and team meetings. It is really a great way to have internal reflection and the opportunity to hear from others about the same topic. We have completed one unit so far, and the growth we have seen has been amazing. can't wait to keep going.

The only thing that I dislike about WildSparq is that they ask us questions that put us out of our confort zone! However, that is where the growth happens!

This is a great product that comes with amazing support. The platform is easy to use, and it is extremely low lift from team leader stand point as well as a participant.

A big problem we all have is finding time for professional growth- WildSparq solves that problem by providing effective, short, and engaging lessons each month.

**What do you like best about Wildsparq?**

Very easy self paced courses that you can pop in and out of depending on your availabibility.  It is also great to have quarterly calls with our Wildsparq leader to make additional recommendations and provide more feedback outside of the app.  The Wildsparq team uses this as well, so they are a great resource to go to with additional questions.

**What do you dislike about Wildsparq?**

At this time, I have nothing negative to state.

**Recommendations to others considering Wildsparq:**

Commit to action and join, maybe as a smaller team.  We have been doing this with a team of 6 but have plans to roll it out to our entire staff after the valuable takeaways we have had and experienced!

**What problems is Wildsparq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The course work we are completing have really helped us learn more about eachother, our communication syles and how to approach eachother when a difficult conversation is needed.  We were struggling and holding back certain items for fear of the tension these conversations would have.  Through the Wildsparq classes, we have all grown as a team and it is becoming easier to approach eachother when conversations need to be had.  Many great perspectives that have brought our leadership team closer as well as new ideas on how to handle our staff.

The time commitment is not huge.  Many of the lessons can be completed quickly.  The group discussions have built a deeper connection between members.  I also appreciate that Wildsparq is able to condense some of the latest content from experts into easy to digest blocks.

This is actually a small irritation, but the naming convention for the supporting documents that go with the lessons, is not standard.  It makes finding those materials hard to find.

Wildsparq provides the tools to take an organization from good great, but it requires the organization to open to applying those tools to really exceed.  Wildsparq has been a great partner for our organization to build and develop our leaders to execute extrodinary initiatives to move our organization from good to great.

Many of our leaders are promoted from within.  This tends to challenge our new supervisors with a new skill of managing people.  Wildsparq helps us develop and equip supervisors with the skills to address that gap.

From a practical standpoint, the Wildsparq website is very easy to use. It's up-to-date and reliable. I enojoy the videos and most of the readings.

Wildsparq doesn't challenge any of my ideas about leadership. In any given month, an idea is presented on leadership and all resources work to support that idea. I want discussion and arguments. I also would love to see additional resources for anyone interested in the topic. Books and longer articles that may not be suitable for the shorter lessons but may further your intellectual curiosity if so desired.

**Recommendations to others considering Wildsparq:**

This is a great tool, when supported by all levels of leadership throughout the company. When it's a tool that no one in your leadership team uses or sets their time toward, no one below them will invest their time. If you are invested in your own personal development, use the tool for what it is, but in order to truly use it to its full potential (discussion with others) it's important to have a supportive, involved team.

**What problems is Wildsparq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wildsparq has helped me explore other outlets and ideas surrounding a variety of leadership topics. I can search for Ted Talks, or conduct a generic Google search about leadership, but Wildsparq does an excellent job at providing those resources in a organizaed manner monthly. This helps me in focusing my efforts monthly on different topics that I can then engage my colleagues in and get their opinions. It has given me the ability to explore my own leadership methods and determine how I can better myself.

It is extremely engaging and easy to use. The lift to get things going was one of the easiest projects we've done. The team loves the content and is always ready to share about it. The customer support has been second to none. Beyond the normal content there is a number of features that the team can take advantage of to keep growing.

**What do you dislike about Wildsparq?**

The only downside we've experienced was not being able to push our team meeting past the end of the month. We as management needed to bump to the first of the next month and were not able to do so.

It has been a wonderful experience for managment and staff. Wish we would have known about the program sooner.

I love how the program is set up with large modules comprising smaller lessons that all tie into the module.  Each month is the lesson, and the material is presented in different formats (articles, videos, short text / graphics, etc.).  I also love the ability to go back and review lessons because it's impossible to remember all of the material, especially after the first year.

**What do you dislike about Wildsparq?**

It is tough to find something to dislike. The only piece I do not appreciate is some of the navigation (finding where you were or going back to a previous lesson and trying to find it). It is a stretch to find a negative about the program.

From the first month, it was a massive hit with our management team. If that does not affect your team, it's either your team is not on board with working through a program together, or this is not the right program for your team. If the team is hungry to learn then I genuinely believe it will positively affect your team.

We like the flexibility of going thorugh the course stud y on our time when it is most convenient. The cost in terms of dollars and time are far less than attending a traditioanl leadership seminar.

At times the amount of work to be done after each lesson can be overwhelming. We are seeing an overlap of material and it is become increasingly dificult to really implement some of the lessons learned before the next lesson is calling for action.

Be sure to pick your team that will particiapte careflly. Let them know the time required is not just to "get through' the lesson but that there is some additioanl requirements to implement and put into action, the lessons learned.

Real-Life Application: The platform promotes practical application of leadership concepts learned during training to real-life work scenarios. The monthly group meetings enable our leaders to discuss how they can implement what they've learned in their roles, which, in turn, enhances their leadership effectiveness and our overall team performance.

While the pre-built content is excellent, we appreciate more frequent updates to reflect the latest leadership trends, best practices, and industry-specific insights.  Additonaly the power points from the pre-built trainings can be lacking.   Ensuring the material remains fresh and relevant would enhance the long-term value of the platform. I've brought this up to the Wildsparq team and they communicated with me that this was something already undersay.

I would wholeheartedly recommend WildSparq to other organizations considering a leadership training platform.  We've been using this for over 2 years and my managers really enjoy it. Wildsparq provides already created and curated content for us to work into training and developing our leaders in a simple yet impactful way. The way it is set up allows us the freedom and flexiblity to move through the content in an order that aligns with our top leadership focus areas.

The recent upgrade where we schedule the team meeting does not work for us.  Our team meetings occur the first week after the calendar month closes and the system will not let me schedule it. I have to input an aribitrary date to "check that off" and then it sends messages to the team that gets them confused since it is not the real date.
Also - I would like it if the discussion guide could either be in word format or that with the discussion questions there was "fill in the blank" spaces for people to write their responses.  I have to re-create the discussion guide in Word then send out to our people so that they have a document they can write their reponses in so they are prepared for the group discussion.

To me this is the best leadership development platform there is because it incorporates all styles of adult learning. It is simple and impactful and easy to integrate into already established meeting cadences.

I like how it hits on various forms of learning to engage the audience. There are videos to watch, articles to read, and sometimes podcasts to listen to as well. The questions are personal and engaging and it has an easy user interface.

Sometimes the roundtable questions have the presumed pretext that the person already has a direct report, which is not always the case, so those tend to be conusing to answer.

Companies make the mistake of assuming that a great individual contributor can easily step into a management or leadership role, but that is not always the case. If you are going to invest in someone to lead, invest in this tool to assist.

What I like best is that the content is easy to digest and a minimal time commitment.  We are all busy focusing on our day to day responsibilities and managing our teams, its nice to be able to redirect that time in a focused way on content that makes us better and more effective at what we need to do for our team members.

**What do you dislike about Wildsparq?**

Sometimes the content can feel a little bit repetitive as we have been on the platform for a long time now.  I also sometimes cannot relate to the companies that they use as an example like Amazon or Google.  I also feel that they need to be more mindful of diversity, equity and inclusion.  They are getting better with DEI since we joined the platform but an issue that we all need to keep front of mind.

If you are considering Wildsparq make sure that you have commitment from all of your participants.  It only works if everyone stays engaged.  We also rotate our discussion leaders on  regular basis to keep the facilitation fresh and interesting as we all have different styles.

We are  using Wildsparq with all of our current managers as well as aspiring managers.  We set up teams to meet monthly.  The teams meet together for 6 months at a time and are cross functional.  It helps all of us to share expertise and perspectivce as well as getting to know one another.  At the end of six months we are all assigned to new teams.  It helps to keep our discussions fresh as well as continually building relationships with one another.  The Wildsparq content gives us a great opportunity to focus our discussion and share both our learning and our experience.

The consistent communication it encourages amongst my team and other Wildsparq participants. Also, the ideas generated from the lessons, 1-on-1s, and team meetings.

The commenting daily for points.  I wish that there were short questions to answer beyond the lesson that could spark new but relevant and continued conversation surrounding the lesson.  It is nice to read others' comments but I think this could help with partipation and make it more fun!

It's all about buy-in.  Whoever is pitching the idea of Wildsparq to their team needs to have a plan to present all of the ways Wildsparq can promote creative thinking, draw team memebers closer together, encourage communication, and more.  Once the executive team is on board, it's time to get buy-in from the managers and participants.  They MUST know the WHY!

Wildsparq is helping me to think more creatively, consider things I haven't thought of before, and helping me to restructure how I perform within my leadership role.

The most helpful thing about Wildsparq is that the lessons are specifically tailored to the workplace environment of Chick-fil-A. This makes it easier for the participants to envision how they can apply the learned concepts within their daily actions as leaders in the restaurant. Wildsparq has also helped the team learn how to work with people of different personality types in order to increase productivity as a team and maintain trust between each other.

I wouldn't say I dislike Wildsparq, but an app on the app store would be very beneficial since it would be much easier to use than a web browser on a mobile device.

Through the lessons, our leadership team has developed the ability to motivate, coach, and encourage the team members and each other in every situation. There were a few lessons that felt redundant month after month and I think there'd be some benefit to allowing users to choose a path of content rather than needing to complete that month's pre-assigned content lesson.

Maybe try Wildsparq for a few months and go ALL-IN on it. We saw great conversation happening during the first small group. Once trust is built amongst group members, the depth of conversation took off in an amazing direction!

We were using Wildsparq in order to come together as a team and learn about each other's strengths and weaknesses to lead our respective teams. We needed a common language and Wildsparq helped us with that.
