This is very easy to setup from there online web portal made it very simple for us to manage where and who has our devices and also keep up to date on application and software. When i did have questions staff responses were very quick and helpful.
Pretty average performance but steeply priced
We use it to manage around 60 Samsung phones. This was my first experience with MDM, so I was really starting at zero experience and got helpful tips at the start from the Miradore Key Account Manager responsible for my area. Lots of options to customize...
The lack of documentation / "how to's" is aggrevating. Patch management fails quite frequently. It has a tendency to change the Administrative password without prompting or notice. I've had to reset every device I have installed this product on multiple times.
