The data isn’t accurate as often as we need. We’ve had several cases (the number of which seem to be increasing) where the incorrect contact data would be pulled for an email, making our clients look bad when they reach out to someone with the wrong contact...
Ability to stitch together an anonymous identity pool of our first party customers. This helps us put together our campaigns better.
It’s the only option and it double cookies when data is returned to Resonate.
