The program is limited in many ways. We have to choose something that may not be accurate as far as a type. There should be something that is called OTHER. I use this as a CRM and it doesn't allow for a vendor or other choices need to be different. HOT...
It's easy to use and intuitive. We are no longer using it but I will always recommend it to agents who are looking for a CRM.
Does not allow for custom salutations on mailing labels, No choice of alternate fonts / colours, or lablel styles. Their software is not sophisticated in this regard. We wish our company had been fully informed before transferring our database, as this...
