So far, the reporting tools are not as accurate as they should be. In comparing to test and target, the reporting has too wide a variation between what test and target shows, vs what dynamic yield shows.
I liked Optimizely's user friendliness and the ability to drag and drop and edit A/B pages in real time. The fact that all you need adding a small meta script to the page and do the rest from the system itself is a big step to make this product what it is....
I've used Optimizely for a year and I'm very disappointed. They have a catch in contract where you need to send a written cancellation request 1 month in advance or else your $2,000 per month contract is automatically renewed for a year! Now we can't...
