It feels incomplete like they need to do some serious user testing and find out how developers actually use their product. The data is jumbled and requires tons of configuration in order for ambiguous fields to appear readable. Not sure if this is our setup...
1. The support and handholding on the Intercom channel is great 2. Dont need to maintain an ELK stack of my own
I think they should follow what Segment does. Make integrations easier so it can be more useful.
