CY does proper GDPR compliance and keeps the records to prove it. Free account has enough log space for a small website, and upgrading is easy once you need more. Support usually responds within a few hours and is always helpful.
The Support is non-existent. I've emailed many times and no reply. There is no support phone number. The web app doesn't work on mobiles either. Integration is a bit of a difficult job and could be far easier.
I like the layout of the collected data, but CMP widget is also very nice.
We have spent weeks of worktime setting it up. Using Choice over thousands of domains letting the users accept the popups only once is beyond what it is designed to do. It took us a great deal of time finding that out. The help section was hard to use....
