Ridiculously expensive. You'll need regular support and they WILL nickle and dime you. Their user interface hasnt been updated in about a decade. Customer support is a complete joke. They'll have you waiting for hours and sometimes days just to resolve...
As a patient, I am able to ask a question to my doctor or nurse to see if I need to come in for an appointment or if I can just get over the counter solution to my problem. Refilling Rxs is also very easy!
