Callfire is cost effective and easy to use. It is pretty simple to use on both the front and back ends, making it easy to train others on, and easy to administer. I also really like that you can choose different genres of music to listen to while dialing....
Their interface is clunky and difficult to sort and manage large groups of phone numbers. Their call tracking data is unclear and doesn't play well with developer API.
It's very easy and seamless for your notes in Mojo to show up inBoomtown as well.
It's not really a dislike per the actual site but we aren't allowed to call wireless phone numbers.
