I have not used the software yet but it very well built w hav a similar product we had signed right before being approached by this company so we couldn’t switch yet it would. It’s us money.
How easy the platform is to use and that it is customize able. Pest routes makes it easy to access the information I need. I am able to track my applicators live, go back and review paperwork. Make changes to routes, customer accounts, billing, scheduling,...
We have multiple offices across the US, and we must separate them for accounting purposes. Reporting is terrible.
