Easy to use and professional looking. It's not a cheesy looking site for the cost (most sites with templates looked cheesy to me when I was looking around). I also hate dealing w websites and this one is relatively easy to use and set up.
Big Cartel lacks some of the features that other platforms offer. I would consider it a beginner's platform compared to other competitors.
