No customisation, even shortcuts. App doesn't delete with Delete key, for example. A desktop app is a wrapper for the web app. Like when you navigate to the next mail message or from message to inbox, you have to wait for the page load with the progress...
Zoho Mail doesn't take more than 30 - 40 minutes to set up, including things like Domain Verification, and Email Address Creation (if you are creating around 4-5 email addresses just after signing up, might take more time depending on how many emails...
