The software is hard to understand for someone who does not come from a Tech background. I personally do so was not that hard for me but explaining things to colleagues is difficult.
Really easy to use with AWS Transcribe, Lambda, and Rekognition. With easy processing, analysis, and storing with AWS S3 for storing purposes. Best in the industry compared to other video processing tools.
