For our business/accounting needs, the reporting native to Dynamics was poor and limited. We've found Atlas able to provide the key financial info needed. Does require savvy Excel users to use, but those skills are common in Accounting teams.
Seems quite buggy and I have to add the add-on back to Excel every so often.
The ease of being able to pull up purchase orders, BOMS, requisitions very quickly. I also use a SAP based Spec system called PLM which is incredibly helpful for approving multiple specs at the same time.
