The API to index data and the granularity on which we can allow users to search on.
It is (apart from the speed) quite unsophisticated. The entire model is geared to get you to pay more, more, more; which is a bit sad. Bug reports are countered with "we can only fix that on an enterprise server" (which is $1500+ per month).
They have monthly product townhall meetings, where they do a great job of explaining new features and how to use them.
It doesn't work well with caching and always has issues with prices being different in auto complete/search results
