The ability to generate your own custom tracking for seperate items and collections. We are able to track our best selling collections and items and this has allowed us to scale these selections greatly!
Initial set up is complicated but this is offset by the amazing onboarding team who were on hand to help get the setting right for our business

Support is the worst. The lag time and results are embarrassing. For a tech company, you would think they would get this aspect fixed. It's not uncommon to see the group's posts constantly reaching out for help with existing support cases only to have them...
