What do you like best about A2X?

A2Z provides the most incredible support i have ever seen and having spent 35+ years in the tech sales and consulting space, I have seen it all . Also their product solved every issue we had integrating Shopify and eBay into Quickbooks including anomaly of unique SKUS's for every order and eBay payouts duplicating to Shopify sales. What do you like best about A2X?

Our Amazon transactions automatically flow into Xero properly categorized. I think about it as a pivot table machine that takes thousands of Excel rows and turn them into a manageable number of accounts for Xero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about A2X?

For a pivot table, it sure is a very expensive one. Amazon constantly adds new classifications so the app does require regular maintenance. You can't set it and forget it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is hard to setup especially in Transaction line to QB COA portion. Sometimes hard to figure out which account is most appropriate for each charge. Having A2X live support available (which comes with more expensive subsription) helps a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about A2X?

"A2X is absolutely essential for Shopify sellers"

What do you like best about A2X?

As a bookkeeper, I rely on my data being accurate. And I also need to work efficiently. This software checks both those boxes. It makes matching orders and payouts a breeze. Shopify is very complicated to match and reconcile, and very time consuming. This software saves countless hours and removes the risk of human error in data entry.

What do you dislike about A2X?

My only dislike is that it can’t fetch all the PayPal data for orders processed via PayPal on the Shopify platform. It can catch the sales but you have manually go back and add in the fees. I think they are hoping to add this and that would be incredible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Be sure to enter your COGS right away. And, if you want your COGS tracked by SKU, head to account > invoices > and tick "track by SKU". If you do that, also be sure that the SKUs in Amazon match the SKUs in your accounting software EXACTLY. Worse case, they don't match and you have to make manual/general journal COGS entries instead. What do you like best about A2X?

I love that once you set everything up that I can rely on the data being tracked accurately automatically. I love the user interface. It is really easy to see what has been sent to the accounting software and what has not. This app is worth the investment in the time it saves me every month. The only downside is that the set up process and figuring how it all works has a learning curve. I used A2X a couple years ago and the support was phenomenal. I recently set up another account and it was much harder to get answers quickly. I still got a response but not fast and had this been my first time, I think I would have had a much harder time.
