Takes the stress out of posting individual website sales onto Xero. The customer support is excellent too, so when I needed help, I was offered a 1-2-1 video call to go through the mapping process which I was struggling with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A2X saves a tremendous amount of time and helps prevent data entry errors! It takes Shopify payouts and separates the funds into the appropriate accounts for QBO to track sales, fees, sales tax, and other account categories. These are then matched to the deposit transaction that comes in on the bank feed in QBO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn't say I dislike anything about A2X, but something that would be helpful is if transactions could automatically feed into QBO without having to sign in to A2X and manually push those transactions over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to push over COGS without having to make any calculations is by far what I like best. I connect A2X to QBO. I'm not sure how it compares with others, but it definitely fits for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When you push COGS over, it won't always make it clear what has been pushed over, so I have to do a double-check on a lot of the settlements I have already pushed over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have multiple payment channels like us in addition to Shopify . This is such a time saver as all you need to do is map the channels and the it syncs to quick books. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since we have Shopify it would be so nice to use the costs that we have input in Shopify as an additional option so we don't have to duplicate the initial pull ... we always can do a manual edit to adjust costs .. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can't think of anything I dislike about using this app. Your Amazon and Shopify accounts are separate so sometimes you have to toggle back and forth but only a minor inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
