Hi Miranda, I am not aware that the team is currently working on a feature for this, but it is good feedback that I have provided to one of our product managers. Here are three other solutions to consider: 1. Administrators can create a test user, copy and load another user's or nurse's permissions and assign a fake patient and visits to that user. Download the mobile app (http://onelink.to/kpn5vt) and sign in with the test user account. You can refer to this version to train a nurse. You could do the same for billers, etc. by creating a test user with billing permissions and use the test account on desktop to train a biller and so on. 2. Search our help center. We have a number of online resources that may help answer the clinician's questions on the mobile app: https://www.axxess.com/help/agencycore/mobile-and-evv/. 3. Contact support. You can post in the Axxess User Community or contact us. https://community.axxess.com/feed/home-health and http://www.axxess.com/contact. if sending to another physician via a referral, there is a field called dx/px; where you can either free text the diagnosis / procedure, or use one of the ICD codes to determine the diagnoses (ICD-10 imported list). (this is based on a referral and not via the physician entering the information). I am not familiar with the clinical side, as I'm certified cadence, prelude, referrals, welcome. Thank you
